Quickbooks integration doesn't work

I’m trying to integrate Quickbooks. I have the Production switch set at the top of Pica.

When I try to connect the Quickbooks Online integration and login via their OAuth, I get this error:

There is no sandbox companies found for the user

Has the Pica app you created in the Intuit Developer portal been published? It seems like this is a Pica issue and not a Quickbooks issue?
